The Ganzo G628 knife stands out with its unique design, featuring a black-coated folding blade and handle that give it a rugged appearance. This knife is practical with its sharp 89mm drop point blade, made of 440 series steel known for excellent cutting properties and rust resistance. However, it requires proper care to avoid corrosion in humid or salty conditions. The blade opens using either the flipper fin or a pin on the left side, and is secured by a liner lock to prevent accidental closure. Additional features include a strap cutter and a glass breaker, making it a versatile tool for outdoor activities.
The handle of the Ganzo G628 is ergonomically designed with a curved shape and shallow finger groove, ensuring a secure grip. Made of polypropylene with aluminum elements, the handle enhances durability and comfort. For added control, especially during heavy-duty tasks, the knife has a relief stop on the 2.7mm thick spine for thumb placement. Weighing 138g, the knife includes a single-position clip located near the blade's base, making it a reliable and functional companion for various uses.
