Storing a depleted ( less than 3.2V open voltage ) battery may damage / shorten life / cycle permanently. When claiming warranty from us, buyer covers the return shipping cost to our company and to re-ship back to buyer. However if product is self delivered and thereafter collected from our outlet in Subang Jaya there will be no shipping cost involved.
